Our story

The idea for our NPO was born in 2019 when two Canon Collins Scholarship recipients met at a conference, united by their passion for education and mental health accessibility.

Originally their vision was focused on integrating mental health support into schools, however, COVID-19 necessitated a pivot to online counselling and training. This remained true to their vision and became central to what Mind Matters NPO is today. As the world recovers, we have reinvigorated our efforts to integrate into schools through the school-based programme.
